Small screwdriver required. There is a small retaining clip on the bottom of the print head which holds it in place. As you are facing the machine, Grab and pull the left side of the clip towards you. It should swing around to the right. The print head can then be removed by pulling it forward towards you. You might need to slightly press down on the plastic guide below the print head.
