This item was made by Epson and is NEW in the box. Your equipment will last longer by only using NEW supply items.** NOTE: If your machine give you an "un-supported ink" error. You will need to refer to your user manual and follow the "black ink change process". This error usually occurs when you switch between 2 different black inks (like photo black to matte black). The process is done with the original black in in your machine.
